Quality External Terms and Conditions

Information for External Providers

The organization shall communicate to external providers its requirements for:
  1. The processes, products, and services to be provided including the identification of relevant technical data (e.g.,specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions).
    • The approval of.

    • products and services.
    • methods, processes, and equipment.
    • the release of products and services.

  2. Competence, including any required qualification of person/s.
  3. The external providers' interactions with the organization.
  4. Control and monitoring of the external providers' performance to be applied by the organization.
  5. Verification or validation activities that the organization, or its customer, intends to perform at the external providers’ premises.
  6. Special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics.
  7. Test, inspection, and verification (including product/on process verification).
  8. The use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization.
  9. The need:
    • implementation of a quality management system.
    • notify the organization of nonconforming processes,products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.
    • prevent the use of counterfeit parts.
    • notify the organization of changes to processes, products or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain the organization's approval.
    • flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements; provide test results when requested. Specimens for investigation, testing or auditing.
    • retain documented information, including records retention periods and disposition requirements.
  10. The right to access by the organization, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
  11. Ensuring that persons are aware of:
    • their contribution to product or service conformity.
    • their contribution to product safety.
    • the importance of ethical behavior.

Supplier shall use Table A1 of ASQR-01 to identify customer contractual requirements that are relevant to this PO that pertain to the type of service/product being supplied to Excalibur.

Excalibur requires all outsourced processes to be compliant with all current Government, State, and local regulations. Including but not limited to DFAR, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Materials, and Counterfeit parts as per current laws, environment regulations or customer requirements, Purchase Order requirement or print requirements.
